Newborn Visit within 1-3 days after leaving the hospital.
Newborn 1-2 week of age visit
1 month, 2-month, 4-month, 6-month, 9-month, 12-month, 15-month, 18-month, 24 month and 30-month visit
Annual Visit: From 3 years until 22 years of age

Minor Labs and Procedures
Minor labs and procedures are included in your membership fee. If there is an extra charge for a service, you will know exactly what it is before proceeding with the service.

Direct communication with the doctor via phone call, text message and email during respected designated after-hours times
